This is a luxury condo. It has everything that you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. The common area is spacious. There are many facilities, such as a separate swimming pool for children and adults, a sauna, fitness center, meeting room, etc. The view is stunning, overlooking the Chao Phraya River. The location is excellent; Talat Phlu BTS is within walking distance. It is not far from The Mall Lifestore Thapra and is a 10-minute drive to ICONSIAM. The unit owner that I have been renting is also kind and solves any problems I encounter quickly.
