Direction to the Project
- To get to the project by public transportation, you can take the BTS service and get off at the Wutthakat BTS, the nearest station to the project. Then, take Exit 4 to get off the station and continue walking along the underpass to cross the other side of Ratchaphruek Road with a distance of about 180 meters. Afterward, you will find the project on the right.

- To get to the project by car, you can start from Phyathai 3 Hospital by heading southwest onto Phet Kasem Road (Route 4) with a distance of about 550 meters. Then, slightly turn left to continue driving on the bridge along the Ratchaphruek Road and continue for about 650 meters. Afterward, use the left lane to continue onto Kanlapaphruek Road (Sathon Road) for about 420 meters, and use the left lane to continue for another 400 meters. Finally, you will find the project on the left.

Nice condo in Wutthakat area

I had the opportunity to visit this project because I have got a few things to do with my friends who are here. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was how beautiful the exterior of the building is. It's also designed to fit the era. I was even more impressed when I walked into the project because the inside was equally as beautiful. In terms of common area, it is allocated to be fully equipped, such as 2 swimming pools, fitness center, meeting room, reading room, and many others. My friend's room is a 1-bedroom unit. The room is spacious, making me feel comfortable. The furniture is nice and functional. In addition, the staff is doing an excellent job in terms of maintaining safety and cleanliness. More importantly, the project is close to Wutthakat BTS station, so it is highly convenient to travel. However, there is the issue of roads that appear to be less convenient for car owners because the project's location is in a deep corner. And, if you want to go into the city, you'll have to drive a long distance.
