In the future, there will also be a yellow line Skytrain that runs through Lat Phrao Road. The office is a home conveniently located near shopping centers, able to spend time with family.

I have a personal business on real estate through the website, and I currently want to expand my office because of the growing number of employees, almost 50 people. I decided to buy this project and chose the PRESIDENT (S) house design. It is large and suitable for the employees. As for the 5th floor, I am pleased to make it a residence because it is styled like a penthouse with a private lift. My family and I love the location because it is easy and convenient to get everywhere, and you use either a private car or public transport. We rarely go outside as many nearby shopping malls are surrounded. My maid loves it so much because she can easily buy something. Oops, I forgot that there are not many project facilities because it is a home office. Only guards are on duty, CCTV installed, and gardens for leisure. I think it is ideal for a small home office and living, no need to go somewhere far away and spend your time with my family. I am impressed and love it here and highly recommend it for those who want to work at home.
