The location is in the heart of the city. Near the facility, complete facilities

It is centrally located in the city center and close to all amenities. The project atmosphere is tranquil, nice with a high level of the security system. Entering and exiting the project is used as a key card system. You can assure that it is not dangerous. Unfortunately, car parking here is insufficient, and I recommend taking public transportation as it is 350 meters close to Phrom Phong BTS station.
The swimming pool is very wide.

The condo has a large and very spacious swimming pool and is equipped with other facilities such as a fitness center and an excellent security system. I rented this condo for 2 months, and I feel comfortable living here, with no problems. Everything is good, and the staff is lovely. Besides, there are professional security guards. However, the condo location is close to Phrom Phong BTS, which is very convenient.

Condominium in a quality location, next to the EmQuartier, serving you every comfort with just a few steps. Very convenient to travel as it's only 250 meters from Phrom Phong BTS. The building is beautifully and luxuriously designed. The room is very nice and fully furnished with standard furniture. There is a swimming pool, a garden area, and a parking space. If you can afford it, this place is very worthwhile for investment.

Even the condo location is in the center of the city, but it is quiet and less crowded with people. Great location near the EmQuartier, just a few minutes walk. It's also close to Gourmet Market and many famous restaurants. Besides, it is also very close to Phrom Phong BTS, making it easy to travel. The reasons I decided to buy a 1-bedroom unit here for investment without hesitation. My room is very spacious and has quality furniture. Worth the investment!

I think the location is good because it meets the urban lifestyles' needs, only about 5 minutes walk to Phrom Phong BTS, and easily travels to various places in Bangkok. The condos here provide privacy and complete facilities. The first time I moved here, there was a problem with the pipe's smell in the bathroom, and the engineers came in to fix it immediately. I think the staff here are helpful. I think it is really expensive for the price, but when comparing the location and quality, I think it's worth paying.
