Location and Transportation
The Avenue 61 project is a condominium project, located at 34 Soi Sukhumvit 61, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok. You can get access to the project from the main route, Soi Sethabutra, by public transport or personal vehicle.

In terms of traveling by personal car, you can go down Sukhumvit Road. Then, turn into Soi Sethabutra for about 350 meters and then left again into Soi Sukhumvit 61 for about 90 meters. The project will be on the left.

As for traveling by public transportation, you can get off at the Thong Lo BTS station. From there, head southeast towards Route 3 for approximately 600 meters and turn left. Enter Soi Sethabutra about 350 meters before turning left again onto Soi Sukhumvit 61

Or you can get off at Ekkamai BTS. Then head north-west to Soi Sukhumvit 63, Ekamai Road. Turn right at Ekamai Tai junction and go down to Road 3 about 190 meters and turn right into Soi Sethabutra about 350 meters before turning left again into Soi Sukhumvit 61

The Avenue 61 condominium project is a low-rise condominium. The project contains 2 buildings of 8 floors. There are 79 residential units in total.

There are 3 sizes of the rooms available in the project that are 1 bedroom size (64 sq.m), 2 bedroom size (107-196 sq.m), and 3 bedroom size (167 sq.m). As for the design, the developer aimed to provide exceptional convenience and privacy to the residents. Therefore, there are only 10-12 units on each floor of the buildings. Besides, the developer is also concerned the functional-based design concept. With built-in furniture and storage space organized neatly, the residents are ready to move in. The rooms are well-thought separated into the bedroom, living room, and kitchen area. Our 2 bedroom unit has a pool view. The room is quite spacious, big living area with good ventilation. Nice location, just 700 meters far from Ekkamai BTS station and close to The Park Lane Ekkamai Shopping Mall. It also has full facilities such as an elevator, Salt Chlorinator pool, fitness, CCTV system, etc. Reasonable!!
