Old condo but great location

It is an old condo, but the project location is good, near Asoke BTS station. So I chose to rent here because it is close to the office and easy to travel to. The condo area is clean, quiet, and features a complete range of common facilities, but it is quite old. I think that the condo hasn't been maintained for a while. Everything looks old and not very attractive to use. As for my room, it is a fully furnished one-bedroom and well-allocated space. Besides, it is well-ventilated through it all day. Therefore, the room is not musty. Moreover, the nearby neighbors are friendly, kind, and do not make noise during the night. Overall, the environment here is nice, and the price is not high too.

I soon moved to Thailand to work. Looking for a place to live in the city center was difficult for me because I want a quiet and safe place. The condo here is convenient for both travel and safety requirements because there is staff to take care of the safety 24 hours. It is also close to many shopping centers such as Terminal 21 and Korea town, which I can walk only 15-20 minutes. Besides, it is near to Sukhumvit MRT station, which is a 5-minute walk as well as you can go to various places easily and quickly. The common area is quite old and outdated. It is rarely renovated or maintained, but in the area of the room is considered well. My room is on a high floor with a stunning view, well-ventilation, and beautiful furniture and interior decoration. The communal pool is spacious and clean. However, the parking space is not enough for the number of residents, yet old fitness and too little equipment. Anyway, if there is a renovation in a common area, it will be great. Overall, not worth the price paid. But a great location!!

Perfect location in the heart of Bangkok with great views and life is very comfortable. Around the condo, there are convenience stores. In addition, it is only a 5-minute walk to the BTS, MRT, and Terminal 21 shopping mall. The facilities are also complete. Overall, everything is very good. I can live smoothly without any problems.
This condo is well-maintained

Even if the building looks quite old and outdated compared to other condos in the area, the inside is well-maintained. Plus, the room is extensively large at 81 sq.m and fully furnished. Shame that the swimming pool is quite small considering the number of residents. If you need privacy, you should come on the weekdays. From the project, it's just 5 minutes walk to Asoke MRT, super convenient!

A project in the Asoke area, close to Sukhumvit BTS station in only 5 minutes and 1.5 kilometers from Asoke expressway. The common area has complete facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, passenger elevators, parking, 24-hour security system with CCTV, which gives me peace of mind during my stay. Here, I have received good care and service from the juristic person. Appreciate it!
Prime location but old building

If talking about the project's location, I can say that it's in the most prime location in the heart of Sukhumvit, close to the Asoke BTS, MRT, and SWU. You just have to deal with the traffic jam on this road if you have to use a car. The project is an old building, but the inside is well maintained. There is an outdoor pool, gym, and reception. The security guard is lovely and friendly. The bedroom's interior is spacious with wooden furniture, making the room look warm and more livable. Unfortunately, they are not allowed to have pets.
