To get to the project by car, start from the road along the irrigation canal. When you reach Phu Kham Intersection heading towards Rajapruek Royal Park for 7.2 kilometers. Luxury single house with complete facilities

My wife and I bought a house in the Nantawan Serene Lake project. It is a 2-story detached house. The house I bought has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is well-organized, beautiful, luxurious, and also modern. Since I have been for a while, everything is ok, the house's atmosphere and the project are pleasant, giving a feeling of safety. Confident in the project! Besides, the project has many facilities, matching the needs of living and daily life as well as here you can go to Chiang Mai attractions such as Wiang Kum Kam, the zoo, Hang Dong market, or any other convenient places, which is ideal for those who love comfort.

A large village with a lake

My family and I have been here for about 2 years and intend to buy a house here because the environment is so good. My wife and I work in the city and drive into town for about 20 minutes only. At first, I thought that it was too far and maybe difficult to travel. It was very convenient after I moved here as there were many shopping centers and markets in this area. It is also close to the airport. The atmosphere in the village is very good, especially the vast lake view. My family and I love exercising and doing activities here. It is a village that is perfect for relaxation. But sometimes the staff doesn't understand English. Most of the people here communicate in the local language !!

Big house, right next to the lake

It's been my dream village for a while. With a very luxurious design, the house has 2 stories with 4bedrooms. The interior is grandiose with a full set of furniture and well-selected materials. The outdoor area is large; the house layout is well organized. The house's yard is suitable for resting and for pets to run and play. The fence helps preserve the privacy of the residents as well. The management team works fast and always ready to take responsibility. As the house is lakeside, so we can have a good view, making a good atmosphere with fresh air in the morning. I'm very impressed.

A house for a big family. I bought it here to stay with my family, including my parents, wife, and kids, so it's 4 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. The unit area is spacious with a high ceiling, which makes the room airy. The lawn where we always spend is large as well. In the project, there are a clubhouse, a gym, and a pool, so convenient! The village is a bit far from the town, so it's private and less crowded. It's exactly what I want.

I am very glad that my father bought a house for this project because it matches my style. The house that the father chose to buy is 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All Furniture looks elegant and is controlled with modern technology such as gates, remote controls, alarm systems, etc. Besides, the area in front of the house is spacious. There is enough space for a walk and to organize a party. Inside the project, there are many green floors, making the atmosphere here is shady, refreshing, and relaxing. The security system here is strict. Overall, the systems here are worth the price, and we are impressed with this house so much.
