I just moved into this project. It is a good project for living. There is a reliable security system and a small number of neighbors with only 30 units, making it less crowded. The house I bought is a 2-story house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The price is excellent, about 2 million baht. The house plot size is about 180 square meters with a proper indoor area. Luckily, I bought a second home, which the owner decorated fully with good-condition furniture. The village is located on the main road, easy to travel, and near Chiang Mai International Airport as well.
