At Samoeng Intersection, turn left onto the road around Chiang Mai (Route 121) and go straight for 3.3 kilometers. Make a U-turn and go straight for 550 meters before turning left. Go straight for 600 meters; you will find the project on the right.

Water leaking badly from the ceiling always. And the developer allows the house owner to change the residential property to another type. A Qualified property Developer shouldn’t do this .
A neat and well-designed village

This village has a good master plan, very beautiful and tidy. My house is a Garden Series house, 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms with parking space for about 2 cars and a private swimming pool. The house is a beautiful and modern design with a spacious living area and almost 4 meters high ceiling. It was in nice proportion and functional. It comes with European style kitchen and quality furniture, which makes it worth paying. The common area includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, mineral water system, garden, and playground. Parents with children will like it very much. Besides the project, it concerns the health and safety of the residents. They clean the common area regularly. Importantly, the staff can assist whenever we have a problem, and they solve it quickly. It is convenient to travel from the project, close to the children's school, Lanna International School, in less than 10 minutes by car, comfy for us, and about 15 minutes to Chiang Mai downtown. I think I made the right choice as it's so convenient in every aspect. Impressed!

The first time I saw pictures on the Internet, I can say this is exactly what I'm looking for, so I decided to buy this house. I don't feel disappointed at all. My house has 3 bedrooms and a private swimming pool. From the house, I can see the mountain ranges, which are really good. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and private. Not too far from the town, about 30 minutes drive.

I always go to my friend's home because the house's atmosphere is like relaxing in the villa. Also, there are many in-house facilities, especially the private pool, in the middle of the house. Besides, there is a small relaxing corner as well, suitable for sitting and relaxing. The interior is spacious and decorated the furniture in a simple style. It makes the house look spacious and open. There is another relaxing corner on the rooftop, which is fantastic and offers the surrounding scenery of the village. Moreover, the project entrance is close to the main road, and it is a concrete road, easily accessible and close to Chiang Mai City.
The home location is good and private.

A beautifully designed house and very modern with the safety standards, so my husband and I love it. The location is relatively private and tranquil. Therefore, it meets all needs. I bought a 3 bedroom house with an elegant interior and well divided into different rooms, suitable for my family members. It is also equipped with many in-house facilities such as a kitchen, a dining area, and a reception hall with a sufficient living space, very impressive !! In terms of traveling, it is easily accessible, and the project road is standard and secured. It is also not far from Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, shopping centers, markets, and Chiang Mai tourist attractions.
