To get to the project by car, you can start from Chiangmai carWash by heading south Nong Ho Road Soi 11 to go onto Photharam Soi 3 and go straight for about 13 meters. Then turn right on Photharam Soi 3 for 120 meters and turn left on Photharam Road, then continue straight for 37 meters. Turn right and continue straight on Ban Phae Road for about 75 meters. Then keep right for about 120 meters, and you will find the project then.

A single house in the heart of a good environment

I am a foreigner, but I am married to a Chiang Mai girl, and I had to relocate to Chiang Mai permanently. At first, I was looking for a house in ​​the Chang Phuak area. After inspecting it, I found the Terra da Luz, a detached home that is the perfect size for my family. This house meets my needs and my wife the most. The house is spacious, and some areas are airy and comfortable. Besides, this house is styled in a modern style which is suitable for the project atmosphere. It is also decorated with quality furniture and perfectly allocated, making it a perfect look. This house has a 3-bedroom which is the perfect size for a small family like my family. The project is located not far from the main road with convenient transportation and close to many shops, restaurants, or tourist attractions. Overall, it is considered okay, especially since the neighbors are nice and friendly.

The village has a very modern and unique design. I am interested in a house type called Grand Sapphire which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is beautiful, outstanding, and every room in the house is connected, so I can have a pool view from every bedroom as it's in the middle of the house. It makes me feel like living in a good resort. The neighborhood is quiet. Traveling to Maya shopping mall takes about 7-10 minutes only.
