Highest building in Pattaya, luxury finish, impressive materials, view of Pattaya bay or koh larn or Jomtien beach. Onsen on the 49th floor! And swimming pool at the 67th! We were able to buy one of the rare 40m2 (the biggest balcony) and we can't wait. The manufacturer sends pdfs with photos of the progress every 45-60 days. Bcp better than in France

It is a luxurious high-rise condo with a beautiful and innovative design, lots of classy facilities. Besides, the opening price is unbelievably low, starting from 2 million baht for 1 bedroom rooms, with 30 sq.m and high-end furniture set. Plus, it opens to a magnificent view of Pattaya Bay. Worthwhile to own it a lot!

I have been interested in this project since I heard that a new condo will be built. After having the opportunity to visit the showroom, I immediately decided to book because I was impressed with the luxury of design and furniture used in the project. This condo is a high-rise building that will give the residents a beautiful view of the Pattaya sea. Besides, the project also has various facilities such as multiple swimming pools, yoga decks, tennis courts, badminton courts, basketball court, and a yard for putt golf, to meet everyone's lifestyle. For traveling, it is not difficult because it is close to many famous places. I'm looking forward to it.

Large luxury condominium in Pattaya with over 2,000 units. The functional space is in a modern style with premium-quality furniture. There are many sizes of room selection from 1 to 5 bedrooms to meet different needs. Personally, I am interested in the 2-bedroom unit with a private pool. This project is located in a large area of 14 rai, coming with a common area with many facilities. I believe that the facilities will definitely appeal to every sports fan as there are many sports courts available, such as futsal, basketball, tennis, and badminton, including a yard for putting golf. The property's location can be accessed from several routes and surrounded by many landmarks and amenities. So far, the condo is under construction and is supposed to be completed in 2022. Once it's done, I will get you updated again.
It is a new project in a very good location.

I had the opportunity to see a showroom of the project, and I can say that it was very good as it is centrally located. The height of the building makes it outstanding, offering a beautiful view. Also, the project area is up to 14 rai, making the overall environment less crowded. The common are extensive and provide a complete range of facilities, such as outdoor area and rooftop areas, comprising a communal pool, a sky garden, a fitness room, a yoga area, and a clubhouse. The room is also fully furnished. Overall, this project is very interesting. The selling price is not too expensive compared to the quality. It is worth it.

Superb and luxurious project. Situated in a quality location surrounded by many amenities, convenient transportation, and only 2.4 km to Dongtan Beach. It is a high-rise building with a fully-equipped common area, very suitable for the sports lover with a swimming pool, fitness center, tennis and futsal courts. The room is furnished with leading-brand furniture with modern and beautiful finishing. The higher the floor you live on, the more beautiful the Pattaya sea and city view are, very nice to live in.
