To get to the project by car, you can start from Motorway Junction by heading south along Sukhumvit Road (Highway 3) for 8.3 kilometers. Then, turn right onto Jomtien Sai Song Road for 700 meters and turn left into Soi Chaiyapruek 3 for 900 meters. The project is opposite Pattaya Floating Market and next to the Sukhumvit Road, providing easy access to Pattaya City and Bangkok. In addition, it is also located between the famous chocolate cafe and Tiger Park Pattaya. The common areas, particularly the swimming pool and parking, are clean and spacious. There are many different types of rooms to choose from, but I have been renting a one-bedroom unit with a rental rate of around 12K baht per month, which is affordable. The staff takes good care of the residents and quickly solves the problem.
