- To get to the project by car, you can start from Jomtien Beach by heading northwest onto Jomtiensaineung Road. After that, turn right onto Thappraya to continue straight for 400 meters and turn left on Thappraya Road for 800 meters. Then, make a U-turn, continue straight for 300 meters, and turn left to continue straight for only 75 meters. Finally, turn right, and within 130 meters, you will find the project on the left.

The room is painted pink. Good if you like that color. Otherwise, you will have to paint. There are some work needed in other area. The room also have many angled walls and will make furniture placement a small challenge.

Ok for the price being asked. The room will need some work. The room also builds to have many non straight walls which may make furniture placement difficult.
The price for a studio room is very low

The price for a studio room is very low. Unfortunately, there is no kitchen in the room. But you can have an electric stove, the hood, and other furniture provided. The project's facilities are superb, including a swimming pool, a bar, a fitness center, and a dedicated receptionist. It is near many attractions, including Dongtan Beach, Pattaya Water Park, Big Buddha Temple, and Phra Tamnak Hill.

I've been in Pattaya for a while and rented a 2-bedroom unit at the View Talay 1 condo with my sister. It is ready-to-move-in and fully furnished with a nice proportion of living spaces. As for the common areas of this condo, it is fully equipped, including the fitness center, swimming pool, bars, and car parking spaces that are sufficient for many residents. Furthermore, the condo is close to many amenities such as shops, restaurants, food marts, car rental shops, and Pattaya's tourist attractions, such as Jomtien Beach, which is only a few minutes away. This condo is ideal for my sister and me, and I believe that staying here for a while may persuade me to buy one in the future.
