The common area maintenance fee at Sunplay is ฿4 per square meter based on the plot size of the property. A Luxurious villa in a warm atmosphere, suitable for retirement life

My husband and I are both entering retirement age. We are from Germany and visit Thailand to see our reserved villa under construction and nearly complete in a few months. We booked this villa through FazWaz, never imagined our villa would be beautiful, shady, and decorated in a simple style with emphasis on nature. The first time I saw it, I didn't want to return and wanted to move in today. However, the completion day will be one month from now. I bought Villa DIVYA because it has just the right texture, not too big, offering 2 bedrooms. It is a spacious 1-story house with a private swimming pool and garden. For interior decor, we can choose the furniture according to your style, no need to buy much furniture. Our bedroom amazingly overlooks the pool and garden. In terms of the journey, it is very comfortable, especially with a private car. You can easily go shopping along the road. We love Thailand and intend to live after retirement, and we finally decided to buy a villa here.
