New condo on a beachside location

It is a new project that has just finished this year. I was lucky to find it. The condo is in an excellent location with only a short walk to Bang Saray Beach. It's a residential neighborhood because I saw many accommodations lined along the alley, whether condos, houses, or hotels. There are several eateries. The surrounding atmosphere is quiet and not busy at all. The project offers two choices for the room types. I bought a one-bedroom unit with a larger usable area. The selling price is reasonable compared to good materials. Personally, I think it's worth it!
