Traveling by car, you can start from Thappraya Intersection, driving south-east along Thappraya Road/Jomtien 2 Road, go straight for approximately 5.9 kilometers, then make a U-turn and drive straight for 260 meters and turn left onto Soi Chaiyapruek 3. Continue straight for 900 meters. Afterward, turn right to Soi Na Chom Thian 2 and continue straight for 730 meters, then turn left onto Chom Thian 1 Road, go straight for 83 meters, and turn left again. Continue straight for 80 meters, and you will find the project on the right side.

Close to the beach, within walking distance.

The project is pretty close to the beach, just a few walking steps from the condo. But it's a shame that the sea is forbidden to swim. Across the condo, there is a seafood restaurant, tasty and inexpensive. At night, there will be street food next to the beach. And nearby the project, there is a Pattaya Floating Market, a popular place for both visitors and Thai residents, which is about a 5-minute drive away. The rental price is affordable. It is a one-bedroom with a big fluffy bed fully equipped with electrical appliances you need, including a refrigerator, a microwave, and a gas stove, but sadly, the room was not that clean at first. It's better after I called the housekeeper to come clean again.
