To get to the project by car, you can start from Cha Am Beach, with the distance being approximately 18.6 kilometers and it takes about 19 minutes. Then, head south on Soi Ruamchit to go onto Soi 6 and drive for about 750 meters. Turn right behind the Siam Commercial Bank on the right, and drive for 1.2 kilometers. Then continue straight on Narathip Road for another 140 meters. Next, turn left onto Route 4, go further 16.1 kilometers, and turn left. After that, continue straight for about 500 meters, turn left again, drive for about only 18 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

Nice location next to Cha Am Beach

I am interested in buying a room condo because I work at Hua Hin Airport and not far from here. The transportation is also convenient, just a few minutes drive to Hua Hin Airport. Also, this neighborhood is good, near the supermarket and Makro Hua Hin. More importantly, no traffic jams. The room I bought is a 2-bedroom, with approximately 72 square meters, which is spacious. I stay alone, and sometimes my parents visit me. I like this place because it is right next to the beach, where I can go for a walk at Cha Am Beach anytime. I think the selling price is not that expensive either. Oh !! I bought a second-hand room from a famous real estate website. It is fully furnished—no need for any additional decorations, overlooking the beautiful sea view and mountain view. There is also a balcony, but not very wide. The disadvantage here is that the balcony is not the same size, some rooms feature spacious balconies and some feature narrow. I cannot place a large table to sit and watch the view. But it's not an important issue for me. Here, there are daily and monthly rental services for tourists as well. Therefore, during the festivals and long holidays, it will be a little crowded and lively. For those who love the sea ambiance, not far from the beach, I recommend staying here.
