Travel by private car To get to the project, you can start from Cha Am Beach of approximately 6.8 kilometers, which takes about 10 minutes. Then, drive straight along Narawithi Road to reach Route 4 for about 1.3 kilometers. After that, turn left into Route 4 and continue straight for another 4.3 Kilometers. Drive to Soi Oriental Beach Cha Am for about 1.3 Kilometers, turn left to enter Soi Oriental Beach Village for about 700 meters, turn right and continue driving for 57 meters. Then, turn left and continue straight for another 210 meters. Also, turn right and drive straight for about 270 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

Luxurious and beautiful condo next to the beach, a gift for a honeymoon

I am a southern girl. After I graduated from Bangkok, I worked and married a French husband, then I moved to Cha-Am and bought a condo near the beach for 2 bedrooms with a spacious area for 2 people. It is considered to be our home for a new wedding. Also, I like the atmosphere here because it is close to the beach within a few steps. My husband also likes to exercise at the gym because there are many types of equipment. However, there will be a lot of people using the common area on weekends and holidays. Therefore, this condo is a perfect place for leisure, where I don't want to go out at all. Besides, there is a food service delivery for residents. Moreover, I like cooking food by myself because I really like to eat spicy food and my husband is also starting to practice too. In general, the condo is luxurious and reasonably priced, according to its location and quality. So, I think it's not expensive to buy this room, and it's worthwhile.
