Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, start from Phuket FantaSea and head south on Kamala-Patong Road (Route 4030/ 4233) for approximately 1 kilometer. Then, turn left onto Khok Yang Road and drive for another 650 meters. Turn right and continue for 170 meters; you will find the project on the right.
The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.
