I have rented a renovated a very spacious 4 level townhouse here a few times over the years and found it really convenient to Patong without all of the noise. The views of the ocean, sunset, city, and mountain views are spectacular here. I noticed some of the residences have rooftop salas with jaccuzi. I saw a few with small pools on the lower level also. The townhouse I rented had its own gym and pool table. Parking can be a challenge sometimes but it is great for a group stay so we found it easier to rent motorbikes instead.
