Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from Central Phuket Floresta and head north for about 160 meters. Then make a U-turn to follow the Route 4024 to continue on Phra Phuket Kaew Road and Highway 4029 to the route 4055 in Patong for about 9.7 kilometers. Turn left onto Route 4024 for about 1 kilometer and turn left for another 400 meters. Continue driving to turn left onto Phra Phuket Kaew Road and go straight for about 3.4 kilometers. Then turn right for about 550 meters to turn left onto the route 4055. Go straight for about 2.9 kilometers, and you will see Haven Lagoon on the right-hand side.

    The big positive points of Haven Lagoon is its location, just two minutes drive to the beach or Junceyloon, the shopping mall and Bangla Road. Affordable condos with a comfortable size. Pools and fitness might be too small though.

    I decided to buy this condo because it's near my office and easily accessible on the main road. It's not complicated, and don't waste time. I chose 1 bedroom 1 bathroom decorated with fully furnished. I first moved here. I only brought my clothes because it's a ready-to-move-in condo. I stay with my wife, and we haven't had any plans to have a baby yet. So, we decided to stay at the condo first because it's more convenient than staying at home. Besides, there are many facilities provided. One more thing, I want to have a rest on my holiday, and I don't want to let anything else interfere. The common area comprises a swimming pool and a gym, where I don't have to go out to buy other exercise courses or attend other fitness clubs. It makes me save a lot of money. The swimming pool provides good privacy and not too many people, suitable for swimming or relaxing comfortably like reading books. The project also offers private car parking for every room. When I come back from a late-night, I don't have to worry that there is no parking space because it reserves the residents' parking space already. Overall is okay, and I've been here for about 4 years now.
