To get to the project by car, you can start from Kathu, heading onto Patong Hill (Phrabaramee Road), and go straight along the path for about 2 kilometers to enter Patong's district. I've been reading through investments for this project and went to see the affiliate project here. I think it is an okay project and the best location. It is just about 1 kilometer from the beachfront of Patong Beach, which you can walk or take a shuttle bus from the project. In addition, this neighborhood has many restaurants, and most of them are western restaurants. It is convenient for foreigners. There is also available in the hotel part as well with helpful and friendly staff who always help. The surrounding area is clean and safe. I think many investors will book this project, and it will be completed in about 2 years !! This condo is suitable for both investment and relaxation !!

It is a new interesting project and worth investing in because the location is good, situated near Patong Beach. I am interested in this project and have already reserved a room for 1 unit to receive future rental returns. In addition, I was able to stay free for up to 4 weeks a year without having to pay extra. I think it would be okay and not waste investing and also get returns.
