The condo next to the main road in a perfect location near Patong Center, a venue for street food and Jungceylon Mall. It's just a walking distance to Patong beach in 20 minutes. The building looks quite old from the outside, but the inside was well maintained and renovated. My room has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a bathtub in a master bathroom. The master bedroom is spacious enough to put a king-size bed. The kitchen comes with equipment and storage. The balcony is large enough to put a small table set for chilling in the evening. Most of my neighbors are retired foreigners. Although I live in the Patong area, the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with complete facilities.
