Direction
To get to the project by car, start from the bypass road, heading southwest on Route 4042 for 3.9 kilometers. Keep right to continue on Route 4024 for 2.5 kilometers. Then, turn right at the Darasamuth Intersection to enter Route 4020. Continue for 5.5 kilometers and turn left onto Route 4029 for 3.4 kilometers. Then, turn right and stay on Route 4029 for 1.1 kilometers and turn left onto Rat-U-Thit 200 Pee Road. Continue for 260 meters; you will find the project on the left.

A new, cozy, and lovely condo. There is a large swimming pool and a 24/7 security system in the heart of Patong. It's surrounded by amenities, just a few hundred meters away from the market and Patong Beach. A 1-bedroom room, clean, comfortable bed, and good air conditioners. With not many residents, living here is so private.

I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks. A room is modern with perfect sizing, not too narrow that it makes you feel uncomfortable or too wide for one person. The room comes with furniture and electrical appliances. There are 3 different types of rooms. You can choose from the studio room to 2 bedrooms. The common areas have basic amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and internet access. This condo is in the Patong beach area, near many restaurants, convenience stores, and just a few minutes from Central Patong and Jungceylon. The center of many famous shops and restaurants and the Banzaan market where you can buy fresh seafood, I often find food there. For the nightlife, I believe everyone knows about Bangla Road, a world-famous entertainment center, pub, and bar. That is only 5 minutes from the condo. Above all, the service here is good. The staff is cheerful and always helps me. I will come back and stay here again if I have a chance.
