Located in the Rawai area, the room is a bit small, perfect for 1-2 people. The interior is beautifully decorated with standard furniture. I recommend it here for those who want to stay in the Rawai area for an affordable fee. Besides, the condo is located in a potential community, only 480 meters from FamilyMart, which is a 6-minute walk. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. If you want to go around, it is easy to travel not far from attractions such as Promthep Cape, Big Buddha, and shopping centers. Travel is the most convenient!
The studio I rented is affordable price.

The studio I rented is very affordable, but the room is a bit cramped. The furniture is complete. The common area has good security guards, but there is inadequate parking space, more suitable for the motorbike. Overall, it is considered acceptable as I didn't expect a perfection. Good location near Rawai beach and many restaurants.

It is a residence near my workplace, so it's comfortable. I bought a second-hand room from a foreign owner. When considering its price, it's quite okay. The room has a bedroom, a living area, and a small kitchen corner. The furniture in the room is not very new but usable. The people are friendly. Great location, close to the community, and easy to find restaurants.
