The Greens is located at 11/52 Moo 4, Soi Suksan, Rawai, Muang, Phuket. It is a villa development project developed by Iceberg (Thailand) Co., Ltd., consisting of 19 villas. It is a made-to-order project with 12 months of construction periods. Besides, the project has carefully selected modern and quality brand materials and is easy to use. There is also an automatic door system for the car parking and automatic car park retractable awnings, swimming pool, kitchen with hood and oven, providing the safety and beautiful view to the residents. Moreover, the project provides an underground electrical system structure and a 6 meters wide road to facilitate the residents. Furthermore, pets are allowed to stay here and live comfortably.

There are 2 types of ownership: Leasehold and Freehold. Foreigners can register as a leasehold for a period of 30 years as permitted by Thai law; meanwhile, Thais can buy a freehold right both on land and building.

- The first year of guaranteed rental return starts 90 days from the registration.

Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from Chalong Clock Tower, heading south on Route 4024 for about 2.3 kilometers. Make a U-turn at Soi Saiyuan for about 700 meters. Turn left behind Family Mart for 44 meters and go straight for another 450 meters. Turn left onto Soi Suksan 2 for about 51 meters, turn right for about 550 meters, and you will see The Greens on the right-hand side.

I love this villa so much, and I bought a 3-bedroom with 2 bathrooms villa to spend leisure time with my family, and also I can rent it out all year round. It is worth the investment, and I can gain a lot of benefits. Every year in the summer, I always visit here once a time with my family. The staff takes good care of our villa. The interior and exterior are beautifully designed, and the swimming pool is well-maintained. It's called as we can lay down once we arrive. It's so okay because the project is cozy, shady, and tranquil. However, there are many small insects and mosquitos at night. It's not good for the kids to play at the swimming pool at night. In terms of location, we have to use a private car because it's easy to use private cars than public transports.
