My friend and I stayed in this villa for the party. I can say that this is the best vacation experience of my entire life. The villa is super spacious as there are more than 12 bedrooms in it. The design of this place is extremely luxurious. The villa itself is on a hill facing the sea, giving a relaxing atmosphere. It is also not far from the peaceful Layan Beach, and it takes only 20 mins driving to the airport. Now, this place has become my dream home.

It's a great experience staying here. The villa is high-end with 12 bedrooms. It's huge and beautifully decorated with a good quality set of furniture. There is a large kitchen with a large dining table, a swimming pool overlooking a stunning view. Also, there is a comprehensive activity for everyone. Excellent location, close to Layan beach, and 20 minutes away from the airport.

A new elegant villa in Choeng Thale with a private pool. Large bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. It has a good security service system and located in a prime area, very secure. The villa location is surrounded by many tourist attractions and amenities such as Layan Beach, Phuket Fantasea, Choeng Thale Boat Avenue, and Phuket International Airport with convenient travel. I enjoyed myself and relaxed comfortably. So, it's worth it if anyone likes a quiet place to stay. Personally, recommended here at Avadina Hills !!
The most magnificent project.

The most magnificent project with 11 pool villas. They range from 4 to 12 bedrooms with a large living area. All the furniture is luxurious and fine. The view from each pool villa is a stunning ocean view of the Andaman Sea. You must come and see it by yourself. The project is located on Layan Hill, which is quiet. Not far from Layan Beach, only 5 minutes by car.
