Turn right into Banกon-Cherngtalay Road and go down for 500 meters before slightly turning left onto Lagoon Road. Then, turn right onto Pasak-Khok Tanot Road and continue for 400 meters. Turn left and go straight before turning right for about 27 meters; you will find the project on your left.

The project is very well maintained in a great secure location, there's a shuttle bus that goes all around the project and shopping/entertainment areas close by. The product is top quality and the views of the golf courses all around is beautiful. Peaceful quiet and great for families.

It is demanded estate, where houses get sold quickly once released for sale due to limited amoun of units and this estate does not have any new phases. It much closer to the sea and golf course than other projects in Laguna and the selling price is just fair for the premium location and space of the property. Perfect for long term rentals income generation or residence.

I spent my long vacation there last month with my family. It was very impressive! I stayed in a 3-bedroom type with a pool and waterfront pavilion. There is a large slide door in the house that allows good airflow. You can also access the pool by this door, which is very convenient. I'm one of the people who were worried about security and privacy. I didn't have to worry while staying here as the wall is high so no one can see through my house. There are also security guards for 24 hrs. I usually wake up early to go jogging, and often watch the sunset at Bang Tao Beach in the evening. It took a short walk to the beach. Moreover, there are many restaurants and cafes in the area. For those who want to cook, there is the kitchen in the house. You can find the ingredients from the Central Cherngtalay shopping mall, which is 5 minutes driving. My family and I love this place so much. I will definitely come back and stay here again next holiday.
