The condo close to Layan Beach

I decided to buy a decent size studio with luxuriously decorative furniture. In addition, the project has excellent facilities. What I like most are a sauna and a spa, which is the perfect fit. And another reason that I decided to buy a room here is its location close to Layan Beach, only 5 minutes walk. This is a quiet beach and has a good atmosphere. It is also close to Laguna Phuket and Boat Avenue, which are growing in the future for sure.

The showroom is luxurious and quality, reasonably priced. The project provides a complete range of facilities such as a communal pool, gardens around the project, and many leisure corners where you can privately spend your time. Moreover, the condo location offers 360 degrees of sea view and mountain view. It's not far from Layan Beach as well. In my view, this place is suitable for a vacation place because of the good atmosphere, nice view, tranquility, and close to nature.
