Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from Thao Thep Krasattri and Thao Sri Sunthorn Monument to go to the city. Turn right on to Sri Sunthon Road and go straight ahead for 6.8 kilometers. Turn right onto Ban Don-Cherngtalay Road at the traffic light intersection in front of the police station for 450 meters. Then turn left and go straight ahead for 350 meters and keep right onto Cherngtalay Soi 16. Continue going straight for 450 meters, and you will see the project on the left-hand side.

    Spacious units in a low-density residence with some nice features as the common pool and fitness on the rooftop terrace. Nice quality finishing. Great location - within walking distance to Boat Avenue, Villa market, European and Thai restaurants, Central de Porto. Laguna compound with its golf, spa and fine dining outlets are just are just within 5 minutes driving.

    Phuket is one of the popular tourist attractions, which there are many beautiful beaches. I love Phuket, so I looked for the condo near the beach and used a car. I finally chose here because many aspects match my lifestyles, such as the location near the beach, the project's design, nearby amenities, etc. I'm sure it is the best condo; therefore, I chose to buy it. It is a 7-story condominium on the land area of 1 rai. Although it seems a small condo, a full range of facilities is provided, such as a gym, on-site restaurant, leisure garden, a rooftop garden, an outdoor swimming pool, and a rooftop pool. The interior is spacious and airy. It is fully furnished and fits well. I love the simple room as I feel comfortable and relaxed. The surrounding area is not just the beach, but it is near the Laguna Phuket area, suitable for people who want a convenient life and good quality of life. Besides, it's surrounded by many places, including restaurants, hotels, golf courses, lakes, etc. It matches my lifestyle well.
