To get to the project by car, you can start from the Thao Thep Kasattri and Thao Sri Sunthon Monument on Route 4025 (Sri Sunthon Road) for about 6.9 kilometers. Go straight on Route 4030 for another 2.8 kilometers through Cherngtalay Sam Ong Hu Shrine. Turn right onto Soi Hat Surin 2 for about 89 meters until reaching Soi Hua Tiao and turn right for about 180 meters. Had a chance to visit the sales office and show unit of Serene. I personally was impressed of the eco-friendly type of project they are planning to build, with solar panels powering all the common areas and with every tree the cut down they will plant 2 more. The furniture in the showroom was impressive with the foldable tables and bed to save space and they also offer a great rental guarantee plus rental pool which seems unique to me. If you're an eco freak like me this project is definitely something to keep your eye on.

Serene Condominium Phuket is a very good project. It focuses on environmentally friendly. I went to the Sales office and was very impressed because it is an environmentally conscious project. It perfectly matches to those who love nature. The project itself is also meet the residents' need as well. It is designed a modern that is conducive to everyday life. Besides, the Serene Condominium Phuket is not far from Phuket's tourist attractions, accessible to all Phuket destinations, such as only 1 kilometer from Bang Tao Beach and not far from Phuket International Airport as well. Overall, this is a new project and is ideal for investment.
