Direction
To get to the project by car, start from the Thao Thep Kasattri and Thao Si Sunthon Monument, heading southwest. Continue on Si Sunthon Road (Route 4025) for 7 kilometers and turn right onto BanDon - Cherngtalay Road (Route 4030). Continue for 1.7 kilometers and turn right onto Soi Pasak 4/1 for 350 meters. The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.

Stylish pool villa, quiet and peaceful

If you are looking for a vacation villa in a quiet and secluded atmosphere, not crowded, and surrounded by trees, Trichada Villas is the best choice for everyone. Our family has been here for a month in a one-story two-bedroom villa with a private pool. It's beautifully decorated in a modern Thai style using white color schemes. The atmosphere is great; you can hear the bird or animal sounds from nature in the evening. Located in a good location, not far from the community. Near the project, there is a large community, Boat Avenue, which has various facilities, including international restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shopping malls, and Laguna Complex. If you would love to go to the beach, going to Bang Tao Beach takes only 10 minutes, and about half an hour to Patong Beach, a paradise beach for tourists who love the nightlife. Some reviews said that taking around 15-20 minutes to many places under the heat of Thailand can make your trip worse, so I would recommend a car to get around. It is much more convenient, and if it is inconvenient to drive, a taxi fee is around 800-1000 baht per trip.
