Probably one of the best and private estate on the island, Stunning properties designed by Philippe Starck and Jean Michel Gathy. Stunning and breathless sunrise or sunset from the sundeck of each villa. Como resort is located in the compound with a nice spa and Italian and Thai restaurants

Very beautiful! It's a villa just to open the door, and you will see the sea. The Cape Residences has a very spacious living area. The villa that I rented is 4 very spacious bedrooms, which can accommodate many residents, especially for large families that are very suitable. The villas are private and quiet. It is ideal for relaxation, with various interior decorations giving a feeling of relief because the project has been designed and decorated to match the sea atmosphere; it is impressive. Those materials and furniture are beautiful and safe. The Cape Residences is easily accessed to a quiet beach as well. You can relax, sunbathe, and do great marine activities. What's special is the sunset view in the evening is so picturesque. Thus, it is a villa worth the investment compared to seeing this gorgeous view every single day.
