Direction to the project
To get to the project by car, you can start from Hua Hin Zoo, with a distance of approximately 2.9 kilometers, or it takes about 6 minutes. Then, continue heading west for about 41 meters, turn right, and continue for about 140 meters. After that, turn right again and continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer. Then, turn left, continue for 900 meters, and turn right to drive straight along the road for about 750 meters. Finally, turn left and continue for about 19 meters, and you will find the project on the left.
The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.
