I want to give precious time to parents in retirement. Therefore, I chose to buy a villa for this project for them to spend leisure time. The villa we bought has 3 bedrooms with 1 private swimming pool. The house area is not too big, but we focus on green spaces, which are more comfortable. The project has arranged a green area according to the design we want. The furniture is of high quality and suitable for the price, easy to pick up and use. It gives convenience to our parents to spend their lives. One more thing, it has a strict security system. When they stay at home with only two people together, we do not have to worry because the guard is very good at taking care of the dwellers.

It is a village with a shady atmosphere and quiet. The villa I rented is 3 bedrooms with a good unit area divided into the right proportion. There are fine furniture available, including air conditioners, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, and electric stoves. The rental price is excellent.

Nice project, near Huahin airport

Our husband likes Hua Hin very much. Therefore I decided to buy a village here. Although there are many projects in Hua Hin, this project is pleasant to live in. The atmosphere around is quiet. Plus, it's close to Hua Hin airport, very convenient to travel. There are 3 bedrooms in the house with a private pool and a spacious lawn area perfect for having pets. There is a security guard to take care of the residents for 24 hours.

A one-story house with a good layout and warm surrounding

The house is very comfortable in Asian modern design. The furniture's quality is quite good. This is a one-story house with functional space. There is also a long private pool for a party and exercise. The atmosphere in the village is quite private. Although there are almost 100 units, the neighbors are cute and make no noise at night. Besides, traveling to other places is very convenient because it is near Petchkasem Road, the main road to other provinces.

This place is very suitable for retirees like me. My house is a spacious 3-bedroom with a simple design which gives a comfortable look. As I have a health problem, this one-story house makes my life easier as I don't have to go up and down the stairs every day. All furniture here is already available. I like the house's gardens, which makes the entire atmosphere more shady and relaxing. There is a security guard that takes care of us 24 hours so I can have peace of mind during my stay. I also like to drive to the Blue Port mall for grocery shopping or enjoy the cool breeze at Hua Hin beach. The atmosphere is perfect. I can say that this place made my retirement life the happiest.

It is a good atmosphere, excellent location, and plenty of space. There is a garden decoration around the shady house. I am impressed with the design here. There is Thai style furniture made of fine woodwork and a pavilion by the pool to relax. As for the house, all living areas are usable. My home features 3 bedrooms, and each bedroom offered an en-suite bathroom that is very comfortable. Besides, the rooms are perfectly divided into zones. Moreover, it is fully equipped with standard and quality electrical appliances. This home is worth investing in, and the neighbors are still cute, friendly, and happy.
