It is a private detached house project. There are good security guards and neighbors. I have been renting a 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms house, which is suitable for our family. I prefer a garden area in front of the house and a swimming pool in the middle. This area is in a convenient location because it is close to restaurants, shop stores, beaches, and Hua Hin Beach, which is about 15 minutes away.
