-To get to the project by car, you can start from Sam Phan Nam Floating Market with a total distance of approximately 15.2 kilometers, or it takes approximately 19 minutes by car. Firstly head south on Highway 1010 for 9.2 kilometers, and turn left to Highway 4 (Petchkasem Road). Then, go straight for 5.2 kilometers and turn left onto Soi Hua Hin 136. After that, go straight for 350 meters, and turn right. Then, go straight for 400 meters, and turn left. Within 46 meters, you will find SeaRidge on the left-hand side
The common area maintenance (CAM) fee has to be paid monthly by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of condominium and housing projects. For new build projects, it is common to pay between 1 - 3 years’ management fees in advance upon the transfer of the unit’s ownership.
No pets are allowed at SeaRidge unless specifically permitted by the juristic office. Exceptions can be made for service or guide dogs for persons with disabilities.

The second home is a simple condo in the middle of the mountains and beautiful nature.

I bought this condo because I like the atmosphere with the greenery. Wherever you look, it's easy on the eyes. Most importantly, it's a perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle. Next, I will start reviewing the condo. My first house was in Phuket. I bought it for my parents to live there, but I have to come to work in Hua Hin, so I decided to buy a 3-bedroom unit for this project. In case if my family and my relatives visit me, they will have comfortable accommodation to stay. As for the location, it is great next to the shopping mall, restaurant, and seaside. It is so easy to get around, but the main road is Petchkasem Road. There will be disadvantages here in the matter of parking. There will be insufficient per housing member, so I have to waste time to find a parking space each time quite a bit. Everything else is ok because I like the nature of this place, so I agree with everything.
