Beautiful development but totally overpriced

The houses and common areas are lovely but overpriced - the location in the south is good tho if you want to be close to the beach

This villa is fully furnished, ideal for vacation time. The villa is decorated with gardens and lush green areas. The atmosphere is tranquil and shady, far from the bustling area. Also, it takes only a few minutes to drive to Khao Tao Beach and restaurants. It is such a comfortable relaxation, and we can spend time leisurely. I'm very impressed every time I visit here !!

It is a well-designed villa and one of the best housing projects in Hua Hin because the environment is so nice, the garden is well maintained, beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. The villa is decorated with quality furniture and has a spacious house area. I don't feel uncomfortable at all. It also has a high privacy atmosphere, which my family and I are very pleased with. Plus, the villa is not far from Vana Nava Jungle Water Park, Khao Tao Beach, and Hua Hin Airport, only a few minutes' drive away. In my view, this is a complete villa that meets all the comforts.
