To get to the project by car, start from Petchkasem Road (Route 37), heading south. Then, turn left onto Route 2057 and go straight for 7.8 kilometers. Turn right into Soi Hua Na 20 for 2.7 kilometers; you will find the location on the left.

A 30-year lease period is legally protected under Thai law and ownership cannot be disrupted. It is common for developers to offer an additional two terms of 30 contractually obligating a total of 90 years.
