It's a stunning villa development. Every year, my family and I spend our vacation in Koh Samui, so we decided to reserve one of the villas in this project. Anyway, the project is still under construction and scheduled to be completed in the next 1-2 years. The location of this project is great because it is close to the airport, Bophut Beach, shopping malls, hospitals, etc. This project appeals to me because it has only 8 units and a private atmosphere, which I like. The villa is designed in a modern and elegant style, with a fence surrounding it for maximum privacy (by the way, this is the virtual picture provided that the salesperson showed me). There is no common area, no exercise facility, and no community swimming pool in this project, but each villa has its own private pool.I do believe, though, that I will purchase it.
