Start from Samui Airport, turn left, and keep driving for 700 meters. Then, turn right onto Sanam Bin Road for 550 meters, and turn left onto Chaweng-Choengmon Road (Road 4171). Keep driving for 3 kilometers until you reach Krungsri Bank, Choengmon Beach branch on the right. Turn right onto Tong Sai Road for 650 meters. You will find the project on the left.

I decided to buy this project, and it is part that we can help reduce environmental problems because this project is a very environmentally conscious project. It uses water to be recycled for further use in the garden or the heat from the air conditioner uses with water heaters that we use every day as well. All these things can help to save a lot of water and electricity. Apart from that, this condo is clean, safe and the number of rooms is small. It's very private. Besides, the common areas are equipped with complete facilities. Moreover, the project location is close to Choeng Mon Beach and many beautiful restaurants that make our daily life very convenient.

This condo is fascinating with eco-friendly and quality living concepts. I know that this place will recycle water from the toilet via osmosis to water the plants and convert the heat from the air conditioner to the water heater, which is an excellent idea. However, even if the project chooses to use various recycling systems, the project can maintain the standard of accommodation very well. I have been here for about 4 months and was very impressed because the condo is beautiful with a well-designed interior. There is also a common area and various additional services to facilitate you. It has room service and maid service, just like a hotel. There is also a shuttle bus that transfers between the airport and the beaches. The nearest beach is Choeng Mon Beach. You don't have to drive a car because you can walk straight away. And as it's by the beach, there are many restaurants and bars around the condo.

When I first entered the bathroom, there was a smell of drain pipes. Anyway, there will be no problems again when reporting for repair. I think this place is well equipped and has everything you need. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. There are restaurants and bars nearby. Most importantly, there is a shuttle bus to the beach, and it's super convenient. The furniture is a premium grade, including gym equipment. Sometimes, I wouldn't say I like going outside too much because of the hot weather, and I can cook by myself very easily. The kitchen is fully equipped !!

It’s such a wonderful vacation staying in this place. The staff is friendly and attentive. Besides, additional services such as airport transfer, cleaning service, and car rental service make it super convenient. Speaking of the room, I stayed in a 1-bedroom unit, spacious and well-allocated. There are three swimming pools, and all of them are always kept clean. This place is not far from Choeng Mon Beach, as it’s only 4 minutes away. It’s pretty expensive, but for me, it is very cost-effective.

It is an excellent place to stay. A few friends and I came to stay here. We are impressed with the services of the staff. They are lovely and help my friends and I very well. My room is fully furnished with good quality furniture. Moreover, the accommodation is also fully equipped with many facilities, a swimming pool, and a fitness room. There is also a shuttle bus to the beach, which is very comfortable. I am happy to stay here!

Awesome luxury apartment!, Very modern and clean. The exterior is beautiful in white. There are large swimming pools and a fully-equipped gym. The room is big enough with a perfect kitchen. The room comes with high-speed wi-fi. During my stay, I feel comfortable because the staff is service-minded and highly responsible. They help me as much as they can. Impressive! The food here is superb. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. It's shame that the location is a bit far, but the project provided for a shuttle bus to the beach and the airport. However, I am very impressed and recommend to visit here!
