Directions to the project
To get to the project by car from Samui Airport, drive on Chaweng 6 Road heading towards Route 4169 for 4.9 kilometers and turn right onto Thawirat Phakdi Road for 1.3 kilometers. Turn left into Soi Khao Phra for 550 meters and turn right. Keep driving until you reach the junction and turn right. Go straight until almost the end of the road passing Villa Phoenix, keep left and turn left. You will find the project located on the right-hand side.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

Amazing house! Beautiful designed and very luxurious decoration. The project is still under construction but going to be a dream house for everyone. The project is on the hill, which is quiet and high privacy. And there are just only 10 units in the project. The house is huge and spacious inside; the decoration is great and uses all the top brand materials. The important thing is you can admire the stunning sunset view from the house. There is a big infinity-edge swimming pool as well. It will be a valuable house in the future for sure. Can’t wait to move in!
