It's a fascinating apartment. The location is excellent as it's located in the north of Koh Samui with a view of Koh Phangan and Ang Thong Islands. It would be so wonderful seeing the view from the balcony. The downside of it is there is only one type of room, a 2-bedroom unit, so it's not suitable for a large group of people. The rooms are fully-furnished. As the whole area has only 12 units, I think it will give you high privacy. There is a gym, a pool, and an on-site restaurant. Also, it's not far from Nathon Pier, and only 30 mins driving to Chaweng Beach, where you can find many bars and restaurants. I have heard that the property will be completed by 2021. I can't wait!
