In case you get to the project by car, start from Central Festival Samui and head north for 290 meters. Turn left at the roundabout, and take Exit 1 to enter Route 4169 for 1 kilometer. Turn right for 120 meters before turning left for 400 meters. Go straight and turn right to Chaweng Yai Community, Soi 13, for 170 meters. Slightly turn left onto Hat Ngam Road for about 1.2 kilometers and turn right onto the end of the road for about 270 meters. When you reach the T-junction, turn left onto Route 4169 for 7.5 kilometers and turn right onto Soi Roongroj for 800 meters; Achara Villas is on the right-hand side.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

    It is another interesting villa to invest in with its prime location. I think it can go up in the future. The property is a rental villa without a specified period of time without a 10% return per annum. For me, the villa is worth paying for the investment. I decided to buy it because I love a house in a boutique-style with modern interior decoration. The villa comes with a swimming pool and private parking. The neighborhood is quiet, not noisy at all as it's remote from entertainment sources. This makes it perfect as a vacation home. Plus, I have got a special privilege to use the KOH FIT GYM Buyers, the nearest fitness center for 1 year.
