The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

I am a fan of Neo Estate Corporation for a while as their properties are unique and beautiful. When I saw Nakara Villa, it's so eye-catching. It's up on the hill with a stunning sea view. The villas range from 2 to 4 bedrooms and a swimming pool. The space from each villa is different, depending on what you like, as it's a customized villa. The decoration and the furniture are so stunning. The guards do their jobs really well. The price is considerably reasonable, judging from its elegance. The location is ideal, so private and near Laem Set beach, only 7 minutes. If you love the stylish villa, I would recommend you to visit. I'm sure you will love it.
