I think this is suitable for buying as a vacation home and for long term investment.

The project here is located on the hillside and quite far from the market. It is very convenient if you have a private car. I went to see it at that time, it was not 100% completed, but I thought it must be very impressive if it is completed because we can see the beach from a distance. The project is a 2-story villa with a spacious room installed with glass doors around the house to make the room airy and get quite the natural wind. The decoration of the project focuses on soft colors contrasting with the blue swimming pool's color, looks very beautiful from a distance. I think this is suitable for buying as a vacation home and for long term investment. It is definitely worth it because it is not far from Lamai Beach and traveling around the island is very easy. The surrounding area has restaurants and bars for chilling. Good atmosphere. Worth the investment.
