In 2009, CIDG had its first development in the Philippines, on Boracay Island. As a luxury beachfront hotel, Golden Phoenix was built with the latest construction techniques, and features 131 elegant and luxurious rooms, large outdoor swimming pool, outdoor garden, private balconies with excellent sea views, 24 hours front desk, Spa, wedding suites and butler service.

In 2010 CIDG invested in its second project in the Philippines, in the capital Manila. Haifeng Residence Internazionale is a collection of large commercial and residential buildings, with a commercial center, recreation center, Residence Hotel and residential apartments covering 64,000 square meters of land. Located in Manila Bay central area, the development enjoys convenient transportation and commercial links.

AA Lodge Amboseli is built in a three-tier architectural design and is strategically located 2km from Amboseli National Park main gate (Kimana Gate) and conveniently within the Emali-Loitoktok tarmac road. It is 240 km from Nairobi, 16km from Amboseli airstrip, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, the world’s highest free Standing Mountain. With a total of 98 rooms, the lodge is intimate and friendly with many personal touches.

CIDG developed its second series of AA Lodges in the Masai Mara, located in south west Kenya. The resort covers an area of 30 acres, with environmentally friendly landscaping, a mini forest featuring rare species of flora and fauna, 36 independent villas and luxury tented accommodation. Facilities include main restaurant and bar, and a large swimming pool.
