The neighborhood of the project has many famous northern restaurants. World Club Village is a relatively large village, so there is a diversity of neighbors. The house also comes in different designs with a mixture of Lanna touch, decorated in a unique Thai style. Really cool!

At first, I didn't like it here because I thought it was too far from the city. The house project here is located in Hang Dong district. If going to the city, it will take quite a long time. After a while, I became used to it. Moreover, there are many convenience stores. The common area has a swimming pool and a clubhouse as well. The villa that we live in is a 2-story house with 3 bedrooms, spacious and well designed come with 2 car parking spaces !!

This village has a good master plan, very beautiful and tidy. My house is a Garden Series house, 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms with parking space for about 2 cars and a private swimming pool. The house is a beautiful and modern design with a spacious living area and almost 4 meters high ceiling. It was in nice proportion and functional. It comes with European style kitchen and quality furniture, which makes it worth paying. The common area includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, mineral water system, garden, and playground. Parents with children will like it very much. Besides the project, it concerns the health and safety of the residents. They clean the common area regularly. Importantly, the staff can assist whenever we have a problem, and they solve it quickly. It is convenient to travel from the project, close to the children's school, Lanna International School, in less than 10 minutes by car, comfy for us, and about 15 minutes to Chiang Mai downtown. I think I made the right choice as it's so convenient in every aspect. Impressed!

I had a chance to have a look at The Sanctum Chiang Mai. It is a single-detached house comprising 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, offering great privacy because there are only 6 units. The construction house is strong, durable, and private because there is a 9-meter high wall. The concrete walls are strong and restrain from earthquakes. In-house facilities feature various functions such as solar panels, which help power savings. There is also a rainwater catchment tank to help all year round, and there are no problems with the water at all. Also, there is an interesting full range of facilities, consisting of a security system, CCTV around the house with an eye-bird view, which we can see all situations happen both inside and outside. Moreover, there is an underground nuclear room and a panic room designed for the future, offering safety and support for all situations and disasters in the future. In terms of traveling, we can use route 1269, but the alley to the project is a bit narrow and constructed of concrete; it's quite not convenient for traveling. Even the road is narrow, and it is not dangerous because many residential houses surround it. I love this project, and I want to buy it someday because there are many interesting functions. I have to discuss it with my boyfriend and family first. Anyone who loves this kind of house, I will recommend it here.

The back of the house is separated by a wall of trees, which is not very private. You have to wait for the trees to be bigger than this. There is a private swimming pool and a small garden to relax in. The project is located on the main road and 10 kilometers far from Chiang Mai Town.

The house design is very cool in Loft style with a bare concrete design and a few pieces of furniture that make the house look more spacious. I really love that the interior is mainly in dark-tone decoration, making it look more stylish. There are a total of 3 bedrooms with a swimming pool and a yard for pets. The location is quiet, suitable for living for full relaxation. There are many trees, very shady!

It is the most suitable villa for relaxing, my friends and I stayed here for a New Year's party. The bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people with a large swimming pool and a barbecue area. The house is spacious. The atmosphere is excellent, shady, very pleasant to live in, and next to the lake. If you want to have a good time with family or friends, I will recommend staying here!
