Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale.

The location of the project is excellent. Good environment, quiet, and next to Khlong Phra Khanong. Architecture is a hit. There is a full range of facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness, parking and shuttle bus, etc. The 1-bedroom type at 36 square meters is functional and fully equipped. Even though the room is not very big, space is allocated very well.
A Perfect place near On Nut BTS, beautiful desinged in a resort style.

Perfect place near On Nut BTS station and has a shuttle service there, very convenient for the residents or easy to find motorbike taxis or taxi meters in front of the condo. The room itself is beautifully designed with a light-tone color in a resort-style. I can cook whatever kind of food in our close kitchen, which is very convenient. Nice swimming pool with a green environment and the fitness offers a canal view. It’s all good. Amazing!!!

In my opinion, this is the coolest and most beautiful place in Bangkok! There is a large swimming pool and a hot and cool jacuzzi. The atmosphere in the project is shady and very relaxing. The condo is located in the city center, the Ekamai area. There are many shopping malls and restaurants, convenient and easy to travel to, but you should have a car. The room we bought is a one-bedroom unit; the size is ok. There is some furniture in good quality. The staff is helpful. Most of the neighbors are friendly foreigners. I love it here.
Close to shopping centers and BTS, you can easily spend your life in the city!

This condo offers a large common area with a cozy area, swimming pool on the ground floor. There is also a walkway for jogging in the evening as its location is next to the Phra Khanong Canal, which is a pleasant atmosphere. The room zones are quiet, only noises of boat passing sometimes, but it is not annoying. Convenient location, close to shopping malls and BTS stations. Life in the city is comfortable with a good environment surrounding the residence.
