Very large facilities and great pool!

The building is very well maintained with a huge amount of facilities including, pool, gym, squash courts, running track, and studio. The building has a two tennis courts but they are unusable at the moment and need to be fixed up. The units are very spacious and allow for some great renovation projects!
Resort styles condominium, cheap rental

I have been living here for almost two years. Due to COVID-19, I have to move back to my country. Here is a luxury resort residence with a large tropical swimming pool, squash room, kids’ playground, library, and co-working spaces. It is fully-furnished with an opened kitchen, nice interior and clean. It is also near Sala Daeng BTS Station, only 800 meters and Lumpini MRT Station 900 meters. The best point is that you will get a large room with a low rental rate, it’s really good for that.
Resort style condo

Actually, this condo is very simple when looking from the outside. However, it is more like a resort in Pattaya as if taken a resort-style decoration to decorate this condo specially. It is like a vacation house with a swimming pool on the ground floor surrounded by shady coconut trees. If you don't open the window and look out, you won't know that it is located in Bangkok. Most of the time, I will stay alone for my privacy. The room is also well-fit compact, not too small and not too big. However, I'm not too fond of the room's windows because it's a bit small. As a result, I can't experience a full view like other buildings where it uses large mirrors as the walls. This project allows you to commune with a 180-degree view, and a full range of facilities provided. The most important thing is it close to BTS Saladaeng Station as well, it makes traveling by public transports more convenient.
Luxury condo near Lumpini MRT Station

Fortunately, I got a room on the 15th floor with a stunning city view and it was breezy. The common area comprises tennis courts, a fitness center, and a large swimming pool. Getting here is easy and convenient. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Lumphini MRT Station. However, some parts of the building look quite old. It is because it was built many years ago. Overall, it is good value for money. The staff are also very helpful.

I am a country person and got a job as an Executive secretary at a private company near Sathorn. I want to say that it is complicated to find a condominium that suits my lifestyles. It can not find the condominium that I like at all. Fortunately, I have come across Sathon Gardens, the perfect solution for all needs. It is a condominium worth for rent, or if you have the potency, you can buy it. It's worth the investment ever. If you asked why I didn't rent or buy a house? That is, I like the condominium because it is fully equipped and ready to move in. It is suitable for single women's life like me. There are common areas such as fitness, swimming pool, sauna, and squash room. For anyone looking for a condominium in the middle of Sathorn and love being private, I recommend the Sathorn Garden Condominium here, complete with facilities and close to my office. Therefore, it is perfect for my everyday life, and with its sleek, stylish, and modern design, make the room beautiful. As I said, the condominium is located in the center of the city. I can quickly get anywhere because it near public transportation such as the Sala Daeng BTS, which is only 850 meters away, and Lumpini MRT is only 900 meters away. It has a nearby place like Tops Supermarket (Nang Linchi), which is about 2 kilometers away, which is a response to travel convenience. In terms of decoration items, they selected the quality and safe materials to decorate in each room and the decoration, which is in warm tones color. It gives a good feel of living.
